Description:
Adds the options to setup post/page specific javascript and css.

Installation:
1. Fetch file and unpack to directory /wp-content/plugins/
2. Activate plugin
3. Insert Javascript and CSS in the post or page advanced options

FAQ:
Q: It does not work
A: Be sure to output wp_head in your template by inserting <?php wp_head(); ?>
